Doctor Who speculation

For over a year now, we've been hearing onscreen that River was imprisoned for killing someone who she considered very very important and a great man.

Here's my thought as to who it might be:

AHHHHHH. That would be AWFUL.

*Shrugs* Well, they do keep killing Rory so it wouldn't be that much of a surprise (or a disaster).

The last episode was 'A Good Man Goes to War' and while that could refer to either the Doctor or Rory there has been some speculation that 'good' can't really apply to someone with the Doctor's reputation to date. And River Song is supposed to have killed 'a good man'.

But then there's the existence of the 'flesh' duplicates of practically everyone at this stage, which al makes it terribly complicated and timeywimey.

My head hurts...
