I'm so not in a position to make this comment since I don't watch the show, but just in case you have any SPN spoilerphobes on your flist who haven't seen the finale, you might want to reconsider your summary text. Isn't "the newest god smiled..." a spoiler in itself?? Or was that from last week...?
