Do you mind if I go and rec this to some NCIS comms? Well, they're Tony/Abby comms, but I think that people will enjoy that section of Tony/Abby interaction and the rest of the story, too, of course. :)

normally, its archiving that one needs ask permission for. if you were asking to archive it, I'd say "sure, but I want to know where it's going to be".
...for making a rec, permission isn't really required.
