Yeah but the Toclafane were just the people and he named them the Toclafane to fuck with the Doc.

I wonder if River Song did kill him....I love her and their insanely ridiculous romance.

I suspect that "the man" whose death River Song caused, is the Doctor.

That's what I thought too, am still not completely convinced whether I thinnk this makes sense or not though.

* The Angels were feeding on the radiation from the crashed ship, not on energy from the crack. The Angels didn't want to have any more to do with the crack than anyone else did.
* The Doctor said the Atraxi tracked him through the crack, not that they lived in it.
* So do I. Many do. But it's what we're supposed to think.
* The Master's Toddmcfarlane were named after the Gallifreyan fairy tale, but they turned out to be something very different.
