The waitress was only in the first episode and got weirded out by the chick doing the eyes rolling back in the head thing. Fairly sure the waitress never showed up again.
He later slept with someone else and kissed a couple others (werewolf!girl, Murphy) so I'm thinking the waitress thing didn't work out.

You'd have to read the novels, rodlox. They've never done anything but Harry and Karrin have talked about it and opted against their getting together. (Harry won't do Casual and Murph dosn't want to be tied down.)
As for Harry & Susan... They really were (are) in love, even if they can't be together. Plus, Bianca is dead.
Lara Raith, on the other hand... If Harry ever loses his mind and decides to throw over the white council for the white court THAT would be a interesting pairing.

where did Lara Raith show up? (going to Borders tomorrow, and will take a look at her and Harry)
though last week I started wondering about Harry/Lash...which has Baltar levels of messed up since she too is in his head.
