You have seriously got to read this! Not only is it Tosh/Dalek, it manages to be that without going into AU or otherwise OOC actions of any characters.
(and it's more gen than most of the Rose/Dalek fics out there)

The story is "I didn't know, okay?". But I do know that this is fantastic
