Hmm, but how to do it? If i could think of a way to make them meet then I'd write a fic but I'm a little stuck on details. I'm sure there must be a way to crossover the Torchwood investigations with 4400 powers but hmm...

Ah but I can't write it without an understanding of ho and why. Plot may not be necessary for the reader but I feel it is for me as a writer.
