That must be one of the smallest of the insect eating fliers. I wonder how good a flier it was. That long neck must have unbalanced it, so it had to flap harder. The article doesn't say anything about muscle attachments on the keel, or about whether the bones are hollow (or really light, anyway, like a diplodocus
