I quite enjoyed Robin Hood, the second series seemed to be better than the first. I won't say anything about future plotlines in series 2 if you haven't seen them yet, but what you've said about Guy is quite interesting.

There are several times when he seems like he might be redeemable, but then life (and frequently Marion) keeps kicking him in the teeth and making him turn bad again. Which makes him quite a good bad guy - he does occasionally question things, especially where Marion is concerned because of his love for her. He's not just a henchman who does what the sherrif says all the time, but the way he is treated by others - as a bad guy - seem to end up in feedback loop - treat him as evil, and he becomes evil. The reverse may also be true, and begs the question what might he be capable of if people gave him a chance to be good?

That turned into a far longer comment than I originally intended.
