Ficlet: The First Time

I've had this idea in my head for a few weeks, but haven't had time to do it! I wanted to try writing a fic for H50 Land Big Bang. Here it is! I wrote a little crack fic episode coda a few weeks ago, but this is my first attempt at a stand-alone one. I believe this is a "ficlet" because it's short and isn't really a story. It's just a few scenes.

Awww, thanks! I went to the game here last night and I guess that inspired me. We played the Phillies, so I saw Shane Victorino. When I commented that he was on Hawaii Five-0, the people behind us knew that, too!

I love baseball although I don't watch as much as I'd like. This made me feel like I was there!

Thanks for you comments! I think baseball is an intellectual game since it involves finesse and strategy. That must be why we like it!

LOL! I really loved this! The dialogue is wonderful and cracked me up. This is like a sequel/companion piece to 2x20 - since Danny went hiking with Steve, the next logical step would be Danny inviting Steve to a baseball game. *g*

I'm glad you liked the dialogue. I wasn't sure if I captured how each of them would talk. But it was fun trying!
