Bwhahah that was so funny - I agree absolutely with your assessment. I've met Brock more times than I ever wanted to and sat through some excruciating convention panels with him floundering on stage but the best one was Asylum 7 where she flirted outrageously with him

LOL pretty much all Brock/Cindy fic (i.e. this fic and the one I wrote) came out of this con panel. Look at Fred Lehne creeping in the corner! He wants in on the action, perv.

It was funny because they started that panel with their chairs roughly equidistant then Cindy moved hers to snuggle up with Brock!
