Reccer's notes: Spider Bites is a classic fic, one of my favourite Dean character studies and probably needs no more reccing, so I thought I'd bring this fic commentary to your attention instead.
I find fic commentary fascinating and and always want there to be more of it. I love reading about what particularly thoughts went into the creative decisions, comparing with my perceptions as a reader, and learning about the author's own judgement of what they think worked out well and what didn't. Well worth the read!
