Reccer's notes: There's a pretty big stigma when it comes to OCs and second person POV in this fandom, and there's a reason for that, but this is the fic I turn to every time to prove that yes, there can be some amazing fics with both of those qualities. My favorite thing about this is that it does feel like it could be you; the OC is real and has her own troubles, but still works a filter to see the boys through. She, like fandom, reads their connection and their hurts and just gets it. The ending always brings a tear to my eye.
