The screen of my laptop is cracked in inconvenient ways and every now and then, it starts making sounds a little like a lawnmower...

I mean on the bright side, I'll finally be getting a new computer, but I really wish it wasn't under these circumstances.  And it does still work, so I'll just have to deal with the broken screen until then.

well technically the screen on mine is broken too, because the join between screen and main body is broken on one side. and the fans are shitty, so it has to be kept on a hard surface at all times and turned off when it's not being used. and it STILL might occasionally overheat.
