I think this is the first time i've even thought about going to piper since i started at nova. I really can't take it anymore. You have no idea how sick i am of people telling me they're applying to Harvard and other assorted ivy league colleges

my friends are all upset because their 1200+ SAT scores won't get them into georgia tech. >_> and i'm just sitting there like "i'm getting my GED. i'll be lucky to find a 4-year college willing to even look at my transcript."

just remember that lots of ivy league graduates go on to be lawyers and doctors, a fairly large percentage of whom kill themselves because their jobs are stressful and shitty :D

Nova...thats where your wrong

If im not mistaken, Nova University is a very nice school and just becausue others are going to State Universities or private schools doesnt make him/or her smarter than you are. You are better close at home anyways... most college students that stay closer to home do better in school. If you were to go to a university, theres a better chance of a person messing up becasue you are free to make choices on your own without a parent to tell you what to do and when to do it. Which I conclude, if you are use to being told what to do or live under your parents and suddently go to a university or a college far from home... a HIGH PERCENTAGE of college students fail out, party, or just dont get what needs to be done in the right environment. So Kristin you should commend yourself for even goign to college! Congrats!

P.S: My sister is in Pharmacy school at Nova and shes doign very well. The program is very well oriented and Nova is a nice school.
