hmmm, i am pretty sure ct has the same smoking laws as nyc. maybe they just don't apply to the casino. i know you can't smoke in restaurants in ct.

Mohegan Sun does not suck and smoking laws do not apply becasue the Mohegans are a Sovereign Nation. We took their land, please lets show them some respect. Plus, its much nicer than foxwoods.
