Thought I'd come back to this venue to put down some thoughts as I weigh a possible big change.  I haven't kept it a secret from many people that I haven't been happy with my employment for quite some time. I've been working in this exact same office doing the exact same thing for just shy of five years, and finally there's an out. Of course,
