so i loved everything about this. santana shutting puck up with a bj, kurt helping her pick out the dress, quinn and santana's awkward friendly moment out on the porch, the clearly canon weed smoking, and of course santana taking care of her lady love britts.

Oh my god, I can't remember the last time I read a canon Brittana fic as good as this. Your characterisation is just amazing. I love the slow build up, and the feel of summer, and the way you added the perfect amount of their friends and family. Your Santana is just amazing, and her confusion over just how much she feels was spot on, as was Brittany's everything (especially that moment where she snapped and told Santana off, that was so perfectly in character). This is absolutely beautiful, holy crap I'm still just stunned.

So so so perfect ♥

First, I mostly just want to say gah. Lol. Your review really made my day. It's always awesome to see people recognize the things I tried to do and react to them positively. :) Santana's like my favorite character of all time so doing her justice was a big deal to me. I'm glad you liked her! Writing her is a lot of fun.

The Brittany blow-up actually like just kind of came out lol and after I wrote it I was like "OMG. What am I doing? Would she do that? Is that what she'd say?" and then I just felt bad because I'm like they're both hurting and I can't pick one to feel worse for. Smh. (Warning: I have a lot of feelings.) But ultimately, I just felt it needed to happen and it worked out. Hehe.
