Thank you! I am still mildly sad that I couldn't actually find a Bunsen burner to put under... something. The cocoa. Probably would have been dangerous. Even if not lit.

Love the microscope, snacks, and star-watching rock! Wish I could have been there!

And Muppet jokes are never not appropriate :)

You know, I was counting on you to get that reference. You and my sister maybe. Part of me hopes there are more closet Muppet geeks out there who will pick up on it, but at least I knew you and maybe Maggie would.

(Hee hee - my first thought at the picture/caption was, "No she's a-not, she's a-wearing a turban!")

That looks like a thoroughly awesome party. Aside from the tunafish sandwiches, because even the smell of tuna turns my stomach. But gooey cookies and cocoa I'm all about, as well as book-related games and fun! And a jello IT is ... disturbing, which means it was likely an enormous hit with teenagers.

The tuna was definitely the least popular of the food choices, but my other sandwich choice from the book was liverwurst, so, you know.

I never read the book (I know, I know...) but that looked like an awesome party!
