Okay, now for some other junk while I've got some free time.

So, while I was trying to find some info on map projections for One Book (does anybody know the official term for the map projection that I call Orange Slices, with the curved strips, where if you cut it out you could form it into a pretty decent globe?) I stumbled upon this educational

So, I got the secret person questions, but then I figured I don't actually know ENOUGH people to do that one. So I'll do this one instead - gimme a letter.

And just cause I'm a nerd and a Half-Librarian (kinda like being half-elven, and it means you only have half the credits), I looked up the kind of map you mean. I think it's:

See, if I were a good girl right now I would use the next hour before I have to go to work at one place to look up those maps, ie go to work from home, and get that out of the way, but instead I'm going to use this hour to possibly take a nap.... My One Book boss mentioned the Buckminster Fuller one, but I didn't manage to find it when I did a search, though this is probably because I found that geography game site instead and got distracted.

You know, I chose F more or less randomly, without really thinking that not all that many names start with it. If I had been given that letter, I might have gone with Fry (from Futurama), the Frogman (Oz), Fryguy (Super Mario Bros. 2), Ford Prefect, and Fred Colon. Not that any of them are my absolute favorites or anything, but they're good characters.

Dude, I forgot Ford Prefect! I like him quite a lot actually! Possibly maybe he should be number 5 instead of Frog. Not that there's anything wrong with Frog, but off the top of my head I can't exactly remember whether it was he or Toad who did various things, so you figure someone more obviously unique would be better. Incidentally, I DID think of Fred Colon, but I don't particularly like him.
