crop it to 100x100

duplicate the base twice and set both of them to screen 100%



Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #b7b7b7 set to color burn 61%



Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #101f6b set to exclusion 100%
Duplicate then the Exclusion layer but lower the opacity to 25%



Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #d2fafc set to color burn 100%



Layer >> New Fill Layer >> #fad0f2 set to color burn 60%



Duplicate the base, drag it to the top and set to screen 100%



Hue/Saturation
Master: Hue -6
              Saturation +23
              Lightness -21



last fill layer, I promise: #e0d4d4 set to color burn 48%



Duplicate the base again, drag it to the top and set it to soft light
Sharpen


Add text/brushes whatever u like
I added a tiny text



Remember: play with the opacities!
