and cropped it to 100x100



Duplicate the base and set it to screen 100% (if you image is too dark, duplicate twice)



Duplicate the base again and set it to soft light 54%



Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Selective color
Reds: 100 - 0 - 23 -  -3
Yellows: 100 - 35 -  -100 - 0
Cyans: 81 -   -2 - 1- 0
Blues: 88 - 0 -  -100 - 0
Whites: 100 - 0 -  -100 -  -50
Neutrals: 58 -  -4 - 1 -  12
Blacks: 100 -  -8 -  12 - 0
set this layer to color 100%



Add this gradient (by ? )


set it to screen 45% and flip it as you like it




Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: +1
Contrast: +17



Layer >> New Fill Layer : set it to Exclusion 100% and fill it with dark blue #081939



Duplicate the base, drag it to the top, desaturate it and set it to screen 39%



Duplicate the base again, drag it to the top and set it to soft light 31%
Sharpen
