Okay. Now I can be proud of myself when it comes to Final Fantasy VIII. Without employing cheat codes of any kind, I beat Diabolos on my first try, immediately after recieving the Mystic Lamp (I'm still at the beginning of Disc 1). In my other games, it took me at least two discs to get him

It's more fun doing an endless barrage of GFs and then, when Selphie and Squall are dead, and Zell has 10 HP, cotinuing to do his limit breaks, until Diablos falls.

It was just.... more nerve-wracking, which made it more fun. ^_^
