This is charming. I was smiling as Merlin maneuvered Arthur into giving him permission to leave. Even though Arthur was insulting and a bit huffy, there was genuine affection there, too. The summary makes me think this easy, bright tone is going to change pretty quickly. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.
