finally making some headway - even if it isn't much.
Got some stickers, and what will hopefully be a patterned notebook. I like the pattern, but feel like maybe it's a little too "stiff"? IDK. Also not sure if I want to change the deer sticker so they have different poses. But yes. Got something(s) finally finished!

Those Eevees are adorable!

But yeah, those deer do look a bit stiff to me. I think part of the reason is because they appear to be at 90 degree angles to each other. Most of the Pokemon patterns I've seen irl aren't so symmetrical.

I'm glad you like my vees! I don't think Flareon is the strongest here, sadly, but I'm glad they turned out likeable.

I took your advice and rehashed the whole pattern; as much as I love poketime I was going less for PT style and just a nice pattern? Either way I think I'm making improvements. It still needs tweaking though :/

The deerlings are so cute! I'd mix it up a bit with their poses though ,give them more personality! Also I agree with kyogres on killing the symmetricality in the pattern unless you are specifically going for an orderly look! It's probably only noticeable to us pokemoncollector people because we're drawing direct comparisons to poketime/pokecen patterns though.

I took (both!) your advice and re-hashed the deer pattern; it's still no the BESTEST PATTERN EVA but it's much improved, I think! I think. They still look a little spewed all over the page.

As for the deer sticker poses...they were kinda a spur of the moment addition? Originally one was going to be on a sticker sheet then I kinda played with it, and making a matching sticker sheet for the notebook seemed like a good idea. If I have time I'll go back and change it, but if I can't at least I have something :)

If the sticker sheet is just to go with the notebook then yeah, I wouldn't worry too much either. Since people are really buying the notebook...
