I did it ... I cut about 10 journals from my friends list. Mostly inactive journals of at least a year+. If you can see this post you are safe, if not it's really nothing personal.

I'll tell you that I hate doing cuts so they don't happen often, and I never cut someone just for not commenting, I don't comment much myself so that wouldn't be fair.
