What a beautiful park to explore. I love peacocks they’re so beautiful… There’s a farm down the road who them. In the nice weather they’re always outside strutting around.
Pittencrieff Park, AKA 'The Glen', really is a fabulous place, especially on a sunny summer day. It was given to Dunfermline as a public park by Andrew Carnegie, the steel magnate. As well as the peacocks, it's the only place where I've heard the call of the cuckoo. I've never seen one of those though.

Actually, I did wonder when I posted my previous comment if cuckoos might only be native to Europe. I'll have to consult Wikipedia!
