I was imagining it as very slightly earlier than Regency, but I'm sure it would work with Darcy in mind... the first comment called it a "bodice-ripper", which is precisely what I was aiming for. XD

I'm still reeling with disbelief, frankly. Even the title is shameful. Especially the title. It's the most godawful pun ever. I should be hiding from the entire fandom, not anticipating the author reveal with glee. There's something flat-out wrong with me.
