It's an all-in-on scanner/printer, which I've been wanting for ages, it prints in a decent time, the scans are good quality, it copies very quickly, it's tray folds away so I can put books next to me on the desk...

Black is the proper color for a computer (though given the historical most common color I'll gladly make an exception for anything that isn't beige).

It's been a noun with the same meaning as quotation for comfortably over a century according to the OED, but what would they know?

The OED records the use of words. In this case, it cites the first use as a Minnesotan Paper and follows that with the Daily Mail. The gutter press is probably a fair indication of society, but a poor resource for language.

Yay for new printers! My new printer has changed my life. Literally- I was running to various libraries all last term and then paying about 10p per sheet and printing about 30 pages a day for supervising. Now I can do it all in my room. Amazingness. :)
