Please help!

I've done something stupid in Word and don't know how to get rid of it and it's driving me mad! Somehow, I've accidentally made it show up all the paragraph indicator things (basically, everything that shows you how your document is formatted) and I've been searching and searching for a way to switch it back to not showing these horrible things,

Which version are you using? Does this help?

Google "Word +Show/Hide" and you should get more help pages! Or use Word Help and try "Show formatting" in the index...

Thank you so much for answering though - you must have posted this just as I discovered the answer *g*

(turns out it's Tools > Options > View > Formatting Marks and uncheck 'All' - or at least this workd in Word 2000)
