Plus postage and packing, of course. And there might be import fees, but I assume a site in Italian is in the EU and therefore you won't get stung too badly.

The odds are you will need a credit card to pay, as well.

Also - a cursory look suggests it isn't for sale anywhere else. Amazon doesn't recognise the ISBN or ISSN.
