What if you don't stay at a hotel once a year?
Shouldn't you have a 'less than once a year' option?

Technically yes. But because of the limitations of RIT's survey software, I couldn't add a qualifing question (as that would be) and allow/disallow people to fill out the survey. I know...it's annoying. Sorry. =(
