Alright...I wrote it in direct code so you can just cut and paste this, change the font size and substitute the word "sparkle" for whatever you want:

Oh, and as for not getting comments in your email...have you tried opening an LJ Help request?
Worked for me when that happened.
LJ wasn't emailing comments for awhile two weeks ago...but then they started up again, I still only got about 80% of them in the end.
But I just changed my email...as sometimes it's your server.

People are telling me it's because I use hotmail.
I bitched to hotmail, rather than LJ though, and now they are coming in :)
