Ok, so through FCN, the LAFF Softball event and other means, I've been able to meet a lot of great folks lately. I still have that "new fur" smell going though, and since I'm sure a lot of you don't know much about me, so here's your chance to get to know me. Leave a question, any question, in this post and I will answer it for you.

Baseball NL- Chicago Cubs

NBA- Chicago Bulls
College Basketball- Maryland Terrapins, Northwestern Wildcats
I will "root" for any team where I like the way the play or I'm fans of the players on their team (as long as it doesn't conflict with the above teams). I love following the statistical side of sports and I love following specific players I like. I generaly I'm just a sports fan and can have fun watching most any game.

the stats are what makes sport lots of fun, which is why I enjoy doing fantasy baseball and nfl every year.
btw, my teams ;)
Baseball - Toronto Blue Jays
NFL - Miami Dolphins
CFL - Hamilton Tiger Cats
NCAA - Iowa State....thank Nbowa for that :D
NBA - Toronto Raptors
NHL - Toronto Maple Leafs....however, i will start to root for the new Southern Ontario team if the Coyotes move....
Soccer - Rotherham United
Rugby League - Huddersfield Giants
....any more? :P

Both sides of my family are from northern Illinois. My mom is from Chicago and my dad is from a small town. I also went to school in the area at Northwestern. I've never actually lived there though. I was born in Baltimore, but lived the majority of my life in Omaha before moving to Columbus.
Blue Jays are off to a nice start this year, but I don't see it holding. Too much quality in that division and Toronto's pitching is thin with McGowan and Marcum out.

Right now, Chile is on the top of my list of countries to visit. Cool history, mountains, and incredbile fly-fishing. After that it would be a tough decision between New Zealand, Ireland, and Scotland.
