Today is Day one of whatever I want to call this. I dont want to call it a diet, but I am making an effort to make good decisions with eating, etc. I am also adding Just Dance as a daily work out. I am supposed to see a nutritionist this week, and follow up with my doctor in a month. I am way too out of control with my weight.
