► All effects are allowed, except animation.
► Your icon must fit in LJ standards, that means 100x100 pixels and < 40 kb.
► Don't post your icons anywhere until the winners are announced.
► Post the icons in a comment to the challenge post in both image and url form, comments will be screened.
► The deadline for this challenge is Friday the 23rd of July, 10pm EST.
Rob must be in character, so use a picture of him in character during a film or show. You must also use the following piece (Tinypic link here too) of stock photo somewhere in the icon.
