Plans for swancon are ramping up and I'm busier than I seem to think I am, but it's all exciting and it's still such a shame that you won't be able to be here for it! Still, I will send you convention related post cards in the hope that it feels like you're almost there? Or at least remind you that you're missed :)

Given we're about to hit the ravages of Summer here, I'm pining for the cold and wish I could steal some of it from you - I'd happily hand over several degrees of heat to you in order to make it cooler! Why doesn't the world work like this I wonder?

In any case, I am babbling and making no sense - hope you have a smooth and stress free flight to World Fantasy Con, and have the best time!

Good luck in Calgary! I am told that Canada is a Frozen Wonderland of Happiness and Moose, so hopefully you should enjoy yourself.
