1. Seven Times Over
2. Music, intro or background, to set the mood for the different segments. Get down to business, because an ancedote or info for each part might make things a bit unbalanced. Surely, they can't all have the same amount of background. There's a lot you could do to individualize each segment and they could each be individual tracks. Making a range of different productions, from happy sugary to a sexy affair, to SOUL CRUSHING THE AUDIENCE is largely why I suggest this particular story.
3. I really have no idea what kinds of exclusives you could offer other than artwork. :/ But just saying what you said seems lazy. How about a secret track? Maybe a scene that didn't make it into the final product of whatever story you end up doing.

At first, I was going to say "Self-Perservation" or "His and Hers," because those two are my favorites, but I think if you want to really use the format to its fullest potential, "Seven Times Over" is the way to go.

I actually thought about reading "Self-Preservation" but I feel like it would be hard to maintain that voice for such a long time.

You two seriously want to listen to me reading aloud a story about phone sex?

I'm... not sure how I feel about that. :P

I'd vote for Drive, since I only just now got real internet back and it's, well, barely what I would call "real" and thus is limits my own reading time.
