I totally agree. I've been wanting an octopus for a while. I started drawing it in 2005, and it's been about 4 years now so I'm pretty sure I still want it. However, once I complete the drawing, I'm still going to wait a while before I get it.

I thought you might have posted your tattoo idea here. I really like the idea of reusing Alex's tree idea and making it your own. He didn't have the Oaklandish tree, though, it was a palm tree. Instead of branches, there were hands. Can't wait to see the finished product!
