You can provide any of a number of reasons why it's bad; I wasn't going to make the effort other than to point out the obvious that it's just bad. :)

Nobody is in the wrong, because everyone is making everyone else better off by each transaction. Maggie might be a bad friend to John if she is undercutting his price, but she is also helping her friends out, so it might even out.

The black market could be considered wrong in general, but if we assume that demand for drugs remains generally constant, then these three people are actually producing a societally beneficial mechanism. The demanders of drugs are the ones who get stuck with the high price tag when suppliers are snuffed out, so the PO-LICE seem to be in the wrong to me if they arrest any of these people.
