** spoiler alert ** I'm still in two minds about this series. I don't think I'd keep reading it if I wasn't able to borrow them for free from the library. This issue had the worst violence I've ever seen in a comic book as the woman who'd been raped and tortured last issue took her revenge. It was horrible violence. Everyone was liking the series on Facebook so I thought I'd give the comics a try. I'm up to number 6 now I think. I've been getting them from the library, lets just say I wouldn't bother reading them if I had to pay for them. The characters are all pretty horrible and the sexism and violence is just totally over the top. I think they said when they did the show they were trying to fix some of the problems of the early comics. So you'll have to let me know what you think of them and how they compare with the show (which I only saw the first episode of)

I must admit since discovering goodreads I've gotten quite lazy about transfering book reviews to here. (Currently 3 weeks behind!) But it is nice to have a place to come and ramble more than on facebook
