Physical traits: Dio will always wear his suit, which is imperfect to look less similar to Casshern.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Everything should be fine since I'm taking him after episode 23. Just don't . . . mistake him for Casshern.
Abilities: Was build almost exactly as Casshern, which means they share the same abilities. The only thing is that Dio can't heal instantly the same way Casshern can! Outside that, in theory, Dio is as powerful as Casshern (but that's not really true). This means he has superb reflexes, he's incredibly fast, can jump several stories tall, can cut through almost everything . . . IN GENERAL, Dio is a very powerful and talented fighter. But Dio is mortal and you can inflict wounds on him.
