What I want to know is what is going through Napolitano's head. As an ex-govener of Arizona, she knows that Arizona has had to deal with a lot of issues stemming from people in the country illegally. Heck, she wouldn't be qualified for the position of secretary of homeland security if people didn't acknowledge that there is a problem.
It's rhetorical. I don't think there is an answer I want to hear.
