so ive just noticed that on my friends page, your entries are dated in japan time. thats rad. it makes sense, but i never noticed it before.

Turkey is hard to get in Japan, so they eat chicken. Somehow it became fried chicken, and then reverse-associated so that they think the reason they eat fried chicken is because they copied the holiday from us, therefore we must also eat fried chicken.

I had a good time hon, thanks. It was really great being able to spend Christmas with friends. Neither Christina nor I are Christian, so Christmas is all about family for us. Here, you guys are the closest family I have, so it was really great.

As far as the gaming books, I'm glad you didn't mind. A) They were new, and I wanted to look at them and B) I'm fine when I'm in a group and I can't participate in a conversation as long as I have something to do. I'd be perfectly content to let y'all talk about Stargate while I do something else until the conversation comes around to something I can really talk about. No biggie.
