I wanted to change the oil in the Jeep and mow my lawn last night. It was impressively nice weather for October. I barely accomplished either of those tasks. I managed to destroy the cap for the oil reservoir such that it turns in either direction without actually unscrewing. I wound up using duct tape and a small funnel to put oil down the dip

I think Potassium benzoate can react with vitamin C to form benzene which is a known carcinogenic and mutagenic. Not something I would like in my food anyway.
