The trees can swallow noises, whispers; the dark hides any sin. And it is all too easy just to slip away with somebody. To do the unimaginable. Will knows.
And when he wakes up - aching, cold, but happy - Will the carpenter must trust in wood more than he ever has before. Because this secret’s meant for three: Will Scarlett, Allan A Dale, and Sherwood Forest.
