When Allan next goes to Scarborough (when the gang finally disbands) and knocks on Dan Scarlett’s door Will is not with him. He has Will’s axes (he’ll learn how to use them, see if he can’t pick up the trade) and Will’s tag (that belongs to Luke - taller now and Allan’s more of a stranger than he remembers).

Dan welcomes him in (though without the open arms Robin would have perhaps received) while Luke stares at the tag in hand, calling Allan “liar” through fierce tears. Allan wishes to God that he was, hadn’t left Will lying next to his mother.

A/N: I'll try not to kill Will next challenge. Promise.
