Wel, if we were at someplace that is in the normal realm of the convention center, I am afraid the choices are limited. At Jillians, for instance, my only human options are Bass, Guinness, or perhaps Sam Adams. The Rock Bottom Brewery beers are a much more serviceable option, but one must, of course, be at the Rock Bottom Brewery for those.
However a short cab ride (or medium walk) would take one to a place like MacNiven's Restaurant and Bar, where the choices are MUCH wider. In such an establishment, it would be a pleasure to buy you a Bell's Two-Hearted Ale, a Founders Red’s Rye Pale Ale, a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, or a Flying Dog Gonzo Imperial Porter.
A short bit of web research also turns up two local brewers, Flat 12, and Sun King. (There may be a couple more as well.) I haven't had any of their beers, but I'll be on the lookout for them this year for sure.

But I'd only ask you that after the second beer. Me I have no idea. I'd buy you a martini.
