Does Skullduggery need a referee? I'm not certain from the description. Is there somewhere with a more complete description/review of the game than the RPGNow site linked to from the Black Smoke link?
And on a related note, how suitable would it be for use in a classroom (for a 75 minute period)? I picked up Hamlet's Hit Points from e23 and the local English department was impressed.
(And on another related note, assuming it is suitable: any plans on releasing it on e23?)
It never occurred to me in a million years that HHP would be applicable to a classroom setting (except maybe the gaming classes that are starting to pop up here and there.) Do you know anything more about how they're using it?

Pelgrane sells through various e-game retailers, including E23, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Skulduggery appear there eventually.

Hamlet's Hit Points has apparently been quite useful. Have you considered trying to partner with an educational publisher/distributor?
