I do have a suggestion for what will be an ongoing HP community - hogwarts_elite. You join, you get assigned to a house, and then they have these Hogsmeade Weekends where you get to write fic and make graphics and do all kinds of cool things to earn points for your house. There's massive camaraderie (I still miss my Badgers!) and it's a good place to chat about fandom.

Living with boyfriend (Carl) in snazzy new flat = amazing. Having to rely on parents for money = not so great. Dealing with Carl's and my depression = v. difficult. Fun new part-time job at the cinema = great. :) That's a pretty fair synopsis!
